1. Who is responsible for your data
MAMDOHDEV, operated by Developing and Programming Websites ALSHARARI AID OBAID MAMDOH, is responsible for handling personal data related to the platform and its direct services. We are based in Tabarjal, Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia.

2. Data we may collect
We may collect information only when reasonably needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. A category is not necessarily collected from every user; we may collect it when the related feature is used.
When electronic payment through ClickPay is used, payment-card credentials are entered into the ClickPay-hosted payment interface. MAMDOHDEV may receive and store provider transaction references, order amount and currency, payment status, and limited technical records needed to reconcile the transaction. MAMDOHDEV does not intentionally collect or store a full payment-card number or CVV in its own application database.
- Identity and contact details, such as full name, email address, phone number, and authentication identifiers when account features are available.
- Business and project information, including business details, website content, template choices, design preferences, images, logos, documents, and uploaded files.
- Order and payment-confirmation information, including the selected plan, order details, payer-provided information, and private bank-transfer receipt files.
- Communications, including support messages, complaints, refund requests, and contact-form submissions.
- Technical and usage information, such as browser and device type, IP address, cookie identifiers, technical logs, usage events, and security or fraud-prevention signals.
3. How data is collected
Information may be provided directly through registration, login, authentication, order forms, the website builder, editor, uploads, payment receipt submissions, support requests, contact forms, and direct communication.
Technical information may also be generated through essential cookies, analytics tools if enabled, server logs, and security logs.
MAMDOHDEV currently uses Google Analytics 4 on MAMDOHDEV platform pages to understand visits and how the platform is used. Google Analytics may collect session and usage information, approximate location, browser and device information, page interactions, and a pseudonymous client identifier. Google may process an IP address during collection for purposes such as routing, coarse location, security, and spam detection; Google states that raw IP addresses are discarded after use and are not associated with user identifiers.
4. Why we use data
- Create and manage accounts and provide access to the platform when those features are active.
- Save projects, generate website previews, publish websites, and provide hosting where included in the selected plan.
- Process orders, match and verify manual bank transfers, activate confirmed plans, and maintain necessary transaction records.
- Respond to support requests, complaints, contact messages, and refund or cancellation requests.
- Send service-related notices and in-app status updates.
- Prevent fraud and abuse, protect accounts, maintain security, investigate suspicious activity, and enforce the Terms and Conditions.
- Troubleshoot issues and improve usability, reliability, and performance.
- Meet applicable contractual and legal obligations.
5. Basis for handling data
Depending on the context, we may handle data based on your consent, steps you request before entering into a service agreement, providing the service you requested, compliance with applicable legal obligations, or permitted operational purposes such as security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
We aim to collect only information reasonably needed for the stated purpose.
6. Customer websites and content
MAMDOHDEV provides website-building and related platform services. Customers remain responsible for the content they enter or publish and for personal data they independently collect through their websites.
A customer who collects personal data through a published website is responsible for providing an appropriate privacy notice and ensuring that the collection and use are lawful. MAMDOHDEV is not automatically responsible for every independent processing activity performed by a customer.
7. When data may be shared
We may share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, cloud infrastructure, databases, file storage, email delivery, authentication, analytics, security, fraud prevention, customer support, and electronic payments. ClickPay is currently used for hosted electronic-payment processing where that payment option is offered.
Information may also be shared with professional advisers when necessary or with government or judicial authorities when legally required. Providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role.
Where an applicable destruction obligation covers personal data previously disclosed to a service provider or another recipient, MAMDOHDEV will take the appropriate steps required by applicable law to notify the relevant recipient and request destruction of the affected personal data.
Google provides the Google Analytics service used by MAMDOHDEV. Analytics data may therefore be processed on Google infrastructure, including outside Saudi Arabia, subject to the international-processing section of this policy. MAMDOHDEV does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, bank-transfer receipts, or customer website content to Google Analytics.
8. International processing
Some technical service providers may process data in other countries. Where this occurs, MAMDOHDEV will manage the provider relationship in line with applicable Saudi data-protection requirements and use appropriate safeguards where required. We do not represent that every item of data is stored only in Saudi Arabia.
9. Retention, deletion, and disposal
Retention periods vary by data type. We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the service, maintaining an account, completing orders, resolving disputes, preventing abuse or fraud, maintaining security, and meeting contractual, accounting, regulatory, or other legal obligations.
A signed-in customer may request permanent account deletion from the account area. After the email-confirmation process and final confirmation are completed, MAMDOHDEV deletes the customer's operational account data, including the active profile and authentication account, projects, drafts, websites, uploaded project files, incomplete purchase journeys, and unpaid orders linked to that account, subject to records that must or may lawfully be retained.
Limited records may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted for completed or refunded transactions, accounting and payment evidence, domain registration or ownership arrangements, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations. Where feasible, retained records are separated from the deleted operational account and are limited to what is necessary for the applicable purpose.
When personal data must be destroyed under applicable law, MAMDOHDEV takes appropriate steps to make the relevant personal data unavailable and irrecoverable in accordance with applicable requirements, including relevant copies held in backup systems, subject to any lawful retention requirement. Data retained under a lawful requirement is destroyed when that requirement and the relevant purpose end.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards where applicable, including access controls, authentication, secure transmission, server-side validation, restricted administrative access, logging, protected file storage, file validation, maintenance, and security updates.
No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim that incidents are impossible.
Personal data is primarily stored electronically in platform databases, authentication systems, protected object/file storage, email-notification records, and technical or security logs operated by MAMDOHDEV or its service providers, subject to the access and security controls described in this policy.
11. Your privacy rights
Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable requirements, your rights may include the right to be informed about processing, access your personal data, obtain a readable copy, request correction, completion or updating, request destruction of personal data where applicable, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.
For permanent account deletion, sign in to your MAMDOHDEV account and use the Delete account permanently option in the account area. We send a one-time confirmation link to the email address registered on the account. The link is valid for 30 minutes and opens a final confirmation page. Your account is not deleted merely by opening the email link; deletion occurs only after you submit the final confirmation.
After successful deletion, MAMDOHDEV sends a completion notice to the registered email address. Certain limited records may remain only as described in the Retention, deletion, and disposal section where a lawful basis for retention applies.

If you believe you have been unable to exercise your rights or that your personal data has been handled contrary to applicable requirements, you may contact MAMDOHDEV first and, where applicable, submit a complaint to the competent Saudi authority, including the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) through the National Data Governance Platform.
12. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies may be used to remember language preference, maintain security, or support authentication when enabled. Preference cookies remember choices. Security cookies help prevent abuse. Analytics cookies will be used only if analytics are enabled and configured.
Browser controls can block or remove cookies, but disabling essential cookies may prevent language preferences, secure sessions, or other necessary functions from working correctly.
Google Analytics 4 may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and maintain session information. These analytics cookies are separate from cookies that are necessary for language preference, security, or authentication.
MAMDOHDEV Analytics is intended for MAMDOHDEV platform pages and is excluded from customer websites, administrator pages, and clean embedded previews. You can block or remove analytics cookies through your browser controls, subject to the browser's available settings.
13. Third-party links
The platform or customer websites may link to third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and this policy does not govern them.
14. Children’s privacy
The service is intended for adults or persons legally able to enter into contracts. We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal data from children.
15. Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes should be communicated through the website, account, or email where appropriate. The version and update date shown above identify the current policy.
