1. Definitions
- MAMDOHDEV means the platform operated by Developing and Programming Websites ALSHARARI AID OBAID MAMDOH.
- Platform and Service mean the website, builder, editor, templates, previews, hosting, publishing, and related services that are currently offered.
- Customer or User means a person or business using the Service. Account means their access record when account functionality is available.
- Website or Published Website means a site created or published through the Service.
- Customer Content means text, images, logos, files, business information, and other material supplied by a Customer.
- Template means a reusable website design. Plan means the selected service package. Order means a request for a Plan. Payment means an amount received and verified for an Order.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the Platform, creating an account, submitting an Order, or using a paid feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Payment Policy. Active consent may be required before an Order or other covered action.
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement, provide accurate information, use the Service lawfully, and have authority to act for a business when registering or ordering on its behalf.
3. Account responsibility
When account features are active, you are responsible for accurate account details, protecting credentials, activity through the account, reporting unauthorized access, and ensuring authorized use by any permitted team member.
4. Service description
MAMDOHDEV provides currently available website-building tools and templates. These may allow you to select a template, edit content, customize design, preview a website, save a local or account-linked project, and request activation or publication. Hosting or related features are supplied only where included in the selected Plan.
Features described as future, planned, or unavailable are not part of the current Service until they are enabled.
5. Customer Content
You retain ownership of your Customer Content and are responsible for everything you upload, enter, publish, or distribute, including marketing claims, business details, products, services, documents, contact information, and links.
Customer Content must be accurate and lawful; respect intellectual-property and privacy rights; not be fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or harmful; and not promote prohibited activity.
6. Prohibited uses
- Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, spam, or deceptive practices.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, privacy violations, or other harm to third-party rights.
- Malicious code, unauthorized access, unauthorized security testing, or interference with the Platform.
- Circumventing Plan limits, reselling without permission, uploading harmful content, or violating Saudi laws.
7. Intellectual property and content licence
MAMDOHDEV retains ownership of the Platform, software, source code, editor, templates, components, design system, brand, workflows, documentation, and original assets. Purchasing a Plan does not transfer that ownership.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to your Plan. You grant MAMDOHDEV only the limited permission reasonably needed to store, process, render, display, back up, transmit, publish, and technically modify Customer Content to provide the requested Service.
8. Templates
Templates are reusable and multiple customers may use the same or similar layouts. A Plan does not grant template exclusivity unless a separate written custom-design agreement explicitly provides it.
9. Plans, limits, and pricing
Plans may limit websites, storage, features, templates, domains, support, publishing, revisions, usage, or team access. The exact features, duration, and price shown at Pricing or Checkout at the time of Order control that purchase.
The full amount is displayed before confirmation. Future pricing may change without changing completed payments. Custom work may require a separate quotation.
10. Orders and manual bank transfer
Submitting an Order or uploading a receipt does not confirm payment. Incorrect, duplicate, incomplete, reversed, unidentified, or suspicious transfers may delay or prevent activation, and additional information may be requested.
- Select a Plan and review the exact total.
- Create an Order with a unique public reference.
- Transfer the exact amount to the bank account shown in the official checkout.
- Upload a valid receipt. The Order remains pending while an authorized administrator reviews it.
- Activation occurs only after the transfer is matched and confirmed.
11. Duration and renewals
Purchases are handled according to the duration shown at Checkout. Recurring billing is not currently active. Renewal requires a new payment or explicit customer action, and no automatic charge will occur unless you later agree to a recurring-payment feature.
12. Activation and availability
Activation time may depend on payment verification, complete information, technical setup, domain configuration, customer response, required content, the selected Plan, and custom requirements. Activation is not guaranteed to be immediate.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, faults, hosting problems, security incidents, or third-party dependencies. We will make reasonable efforts to restore it but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
13. Third-party services and domains
Features may rely on hosting, domains, email, storage, authentication, analytics, or future payment providers. MAMDOHDEV is not responsible for failures outside its reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where custom domains are supported, you are responsible for accurate domain information. Availability is not guaranteed; provider registration and renewal terms may apply; DNS updates take time; and ownership depends on the actual registration arrangement.
14. Suspension and termination
We may reasonably suspend access or publication for non-payment, suspected fraud, security risk, illegal content, abuse, Terms violations, harm to the Platform, a government or judicial request, or required maintenance. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
You may stop using the Service. We may terminate access for serious or unresolved violations. Published websites may be disabled and stored content may later be deleted subject to retention requirements. Keep your own copies. Provisions on ownership, payment, liability, disputes, and other provisions intended to survive will remain effective.

16. Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, MAMDOHDEV is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, Customer Content, customer business decisions, lost opportunities, or third-party failures outside reasonable control. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited, and mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.
You are responsible for reasonable losses caused by your unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement caused by your content, fraud, misuse, or material breach of these Terms. This does not create an unlimited obligation.
17. Complaints, disputes, and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Contact MAMDOHDEV with your account details, Order reference, and a description of the issue.
- MAMDOHDEV reviews the complaint and may request relevant information.
- Both parties attempt to resolve the issue reasonably.
- Unresolved matters remain subject to applicable Saudi laws and competent authorities.
18. Updates
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes should be communicated through the Platform, account, or email where appropriate. The version and date above identify the current Terms.
